These colonies fall in the districts of Ambala, Faridabad, Hisar, Sonipat, Mahendergarh, Jind and Fatehabad, Hooda said.
The Chief Minister further said ensuring civic facilities is one of the top priorities of his government and many steps have been taken in this regard.
He dismissed the opposition's allegations of a regional bias in implementation of development schemes, and said his government is committed for inclusive growth.
Haryana Management of Civic Amenities and Infrastructure Deficient Municipal Area (Special Provisions) Act has been brought in for development of infrastructure and basic amenities in municipal areas, Hooda said.
He said that the government was taking back the land which was given to a private company for setting up of SEZ in Gurgaon.
Hooda said Haryana is marching on the road of progress under the present regime and every sector, be it infrastructure, IT or agriculture, is seeing a growth.
