The new network combines features from Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook and Ticketmaster, that will allow fans to post messages, share pictures and chat in a forum.
They can also get updated information on the Mother Monster and purchase tickets for her upcoming shows, reported Ace Showbiz.
For the website the 25-year-old 'Judas' hitmaker has collaborated with Backplane, which was co-founded by her manager Troy Carter.
"You can go on somebody's Facebook profile and see they like Lady Gaga, but you don't know to what degree. Little Monsters shows how many concerts they've attended and their overall level of participation around a common interest," said Matt Michelsen, CEO Backplane.
The new fan-based website has already had over 180,000 members worldwide. Multilingual chat rooms are provided by the developer to enable users from around the globe to interact with one another without worrying about language barrier.
