The 28-year-old singer visited the Gillette Children's Hospital in St Paul and spent time with the patients talking about the facilities and also posed a picture with a young boy in a wheel chair.
This was preceded by her performance at the city's Xcel Energy Centre with her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball show, reported Contactmusic.
The purpose for the visit was to help the hospital's 'No Pity campaign visit' which deals with promoting the children with disabilities.
"Many thanks Lady Gaga for an amazing visit with our kids today! Memories that will last a lifetime! #grateful #curepity," said a spokesperson of the facility.
