Anirban Lahiri fired back-to-back birdies on the fourth and fifth holes on his second nine to squeeze inside the cut line and stay on for weekend action at the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard here.
Lahiri had four each of birdies and bogeys in his even round and is Tied-66th at one-over 145 which was also the cutline.
The weather has been chilly and players have often been finding it difficult to adjust.
Henrik Stenson hung in through the tough period and his three birdies around the turn saw him card three-under 69 and at 11-under. He shared the lead with Bryson DeChambeau, who had a 66.
Stenson had chances to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational two of the last three years and could well make it this time.
Stenson and DeChambeau were at 11-under 133. They had a two-shot advantage over PGA TOUR rookie Talor Gooch (70).

Tiger Woods did not make a birdie until the 12th hole and shot 72 and at four-under 140 to lie seven shots back.
Woods trailed after 36 holes in four of his eight victories at Bay Hill, including a seven-shot deficit in 2008.
Stenson made par putts when they were needed and kept the momentum going and he found three straight birdies late in his second round. He carded bogey-free three-under 69.
DeChambeau sputtered early but was strong later and it included a 7-foot eagle putt on the 16th and an approach to 4 feet for birdie on the 18th for a 66.
Woods played in the afternoon and went through the front nine with no birdies and two bogeys, dropping him nine shots behind. He is coming off a runner-up finish at the Valspar Championship last week and has won eight times at Bay Hill.
Rookie Talor Gooch had five birdies on the back nine for a 70 and was two shots behind. Rickie Fowler (71), Billy Horschel (70) and Luke List (67) were five shots behind.
Rory McIlroy was slowed by a pair of bogeys and he shot 70. He was six shots behind, along with Ernie Els (70).
