"The case was resolved," a spokesperson from the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said.
The 34-year-old NBA player also agreed to 36 months of probation and three months of counseling in an alcohol-education program, after his lawyer entered a no-contest plea on behalf of the troubled star, reported Us magazine.
"His lawyer was in court this morning, and advanced the case (after he) entered a no-contest plea," the spokesperson added.
Odom was also ordered to pay USD 1,814 in fines and penalties.
On August 30, Khloe Kardashian's husband was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was driving his white Mercedes SUV at 50 mph and was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officer.
Odom submitted no guilty plea two months ago before a Los Angeles County judge.
