Land bill 'anti-farmer': RLD

Mounting attack on the Narendra Modi government over the "anti-farmer" land bill, RLD leader Jayant Chaudhary today said the Centre was playing with the sentiments of the farmers.
At a farmers' meet in Nandgaon in the district, the former MP said the land acquisition bill was against the interest of the farmers.
Taking a swipe at Modi over his 'Maan ki Baat' programme where the Prime Minister spoke about the land bill, Chaudhary said he had not spoken in the interest of the farmers.
The RLD leader said the government has not assured the farmers affected by the recent hailstorm of any relief.
