Large quantity of fire crackers stored illegally seized

Large quantity of fire crackers stored illegally in five godowns were seized from different areas in Giridih district today, official sources said.
A raid was conducted in different areas including Muslim Bazar, Laxmi Mohalla on the directive of the Deputy Commissioner of Giridih, Uma Shankar Singh.
Large quantity of fire crackers illegally stored in residential areas were seized and two godowns have been sealed, the sources said.
The sources said the officials have seized fire crackers in large quantity from the house of one Putul Mian, who has stored them illegally in two houses situated in the residential area.
