Lauren Bacall disliked me: Natalie Portman

Actress Natalie Portman has revealed veteran star Lauren Bacall disliked her when the pair worked together on 2008 short movie "Eve".
The 35-year-old actress directed the legendary star, who passed away in 2014 at the age of 89, in the short film "Eve" in 2008 and Portman says Bacall was completely unimpressed by her, reported Us magazine.
Speaking at a Q&A for her new movie, "A Tale of Love and Darkness", Portman said, "I must be honest. She did not like me, but I loved her and admired her so much. She sensed in me what I learned later about myself ... That I had a really hard time saying what I wanted and being the boss.

"When I was 26 on 'Eve' with Lauren I was not decisive, and she called me out on it and was totally right. But she was a total pro, despite the fact that she was so unimpressed by me. She was amazing in every take.
