Advocate Ajay Agrawal has also served a legal notice to the Bar Council of India for not acting on his complaint, filed in 2010, against Subramanium on grounds of alleged professional misconduct and sought action on it within a month.
Attempts to reach Subramanium, who was away from the capital, for his comments were unsuccessful.
"The BCI sat on my complaint for the last five years. It should act within a month or I shall move the court," the advocate told a press conference here.
When asked whether he was trying to defend BJP in the DDCA issue, Agrawal replied in the negative.
