Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Rameshwar Lal Dudi today accused the Centre of ignoring the interest of the state and not being keen on executing important projects.
Dudi alleged that the Centre has ignored Rajasthan on various important issues such as setting up of oil refineries, execution of the inter-state water agreement, compensation for farmers, the Dungarpur-Ratlam rail project and the Jaipur metro project among others.
"Economic and infrastructure development of Rajasthan has suffered in the last 24 months," he added, alleging that even though the PM has announced a number of schemes, the benefits are not reaching the people.
"Most of the schemes are on papers and to Mann ki Baat," he alleged, referring to the programme hosted by the Prime Minister on radio and television.
"The state is paying the price of a conflict between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje," claimed Dudi.
