Leadership summit to award HR specialists

Talent assessment and development company Jombay is organising a leadership summit in Mumbai wherein 40 young innovative HR specialists will be awarded.
The summit, to be held on 17 January, will also see the release of the findings of 'People Development Index' from Jombay, a company release said.
It will award 40 Under 40 HR leaders for having leveraged technology and innovation in the course of doing exemplary work in leadership and organisational development.
"Technology may have brought in efficiencies to the transactional aspects of HR, but there has not been much innovation in areas that truly impact talent. We hope to help correct this in the year to come," Jombay co-founders Mohit Gundecha said.
