Leonardo DiCaprio donates USD 1 million to elephant charity

Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio made a generous USD 1 million donation to an elephant charity during a fundraising event.
The event was put together by DiCaprio's own charity and the Wildlife Conservation Network, as well as fellow actor Mark Wahlberg, reported New York Post.
Supporters of the event which is said to have raised USD 2 million, included Pierce Brosnan, Cindy Crawford, Rory Kennedy, Behati Prinsloo, writer Erica Beeney and director Rupert Wyatt.
