Leopard cub dies in suspected hit-and run-case in Ooty

A leopard cub was found dead at Sandinalla on Ooty-Mysore road here today, after it was allegedly hit by an unidentified vehicle, forest officials said.
Forest department officials suspect it to be a case of hit and run.
Autopsy was performed and the viscera was sent to Chennai for examination, the department sources said.
