Leopard found dead in Corbett National Park

"The body of a three-year-old leopard was found in the park last night," C K Kavidayal, deputy director of the Corbett Tiger Reserve said.

Looking at injury marks on its body, prima facie it appears that the leopard was killed by a lion, Kavidayal said.

The real cause of death would be ascertained after postmortem, he said.
