A leopard on the prowl since a month was today captured in Dhar district, a forest official said.
The leopard walked into one of the two cages installed in Sadliyagaun village under Tanda forest range, Dhar divisional forests officer (DFO) Gaurav Choudhary told PTI.
The big cat had mauled two kids in two separate incidents under Tada forest range on April 9 and 16 respectively following which the forest department officials launched an operation to catch the animal, he added.
