LexisNexis, SILF launch work-flow based solution for lawyers

'Practical Guidance', an innovative online solution to reduce the time-consuming research on legal process, has been launched in India by LexisNexis.
The work-flow based solution was launched in association with Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) which would help the researchers, lawyers, students and academicians.
"With Lexis Practical Guidance, we have tried to re-engineer how things are done and, in particular, how we can make operations quick, trackable and efficient, saving both time and money," Mohan Ramaswamy, Managing Director of LexisNexis India said during the launch event which was attended by SILF's President Lalit Bhasin along with other law firm partners, senior advocates and corporate counsel.

A statement issued by the firm said that LexisNexis has developed a premium content for India in partnership with SILF and some eminent corporate/general, uniquely aimed at the Indian market, with currently offering modules in Companies Act, Mergers and Acquisitions, Enterprise Corporate Management, Commercial Contracts and FEMA.
Speaking at the occasion, Bhasin said "this strategic partnership combines our and LexisNexis' expertise in developing indispensable knowledge resources with the aid of our legal experts' knowledge, principles and practices to produce the best, most reliable and user-friendly content for legal professionals.
