LG transfers CM's Addl Secy, posts him as Deputy CM's Secy

Lieutenant Governor (LG) Najeeb Jung today transferred Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Additional Secretary and posted him as the Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
Last week, he had transferred Sisodia's Secretary C Arvind, a DANICS officer.
As per the order issued by the Services Department with the approval of the LG, Chief Minister's Additional Secretary D Varma was transferred and posted as the Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister.
In the past, the LG's office and the AAP government have been at loggerheads over a range of issues, including transfer and posting of officers.
