Life convict dies at district jail

A 53-year-old life convict has died in the district jail here due to illness, officials said today.
Prahlad, who was suffering from Tuberculosis, died at the jail yesterday, Jail Superintendent Rakesh Singh said.
The convict was rushed to the hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead, he added.
