Light intensity earthquake hits Sonepat

An earthquake of low magnitude was felt today in part of Sonepat district of Haryana.
The earthquake measuring 3.3 on Richter Scale occurred today at 9.20 PM at Sonepat, according to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
No damage to property or injury to anyone has been reported so far.
The earthquake with a latitude of 28 degree north and 77 on east occurred at a depth of five km, the weather department said.
