Light rains occur in some parts of UP

Light to moderate rains occurred at isolated places over the Uttar Pradesh in the past 24 hours.
MeT office here said today that chief amount of rainfall in the state recorded in cms are:- Malihabad, Aonla- 3 each; Bareilly, Moradabad -2 each; Kakardharighat, Palia Kalan, Jhansi and Saharanpur- 1 each.
Weathermen have forecast that rain/thunder showers would occur at a few places over East UP and at isolated places over west UP.
