Light to moderate rainfall in Southern Bihar

Light to moderate rainfall occurred at many places in southern Bihar today.
As per a Met bulletin, moderate rainfall occurred at one or two places in north west and north east parts of the state.
Bhagalpur received 0.8 mm rainfall today, while Gaya received 18.6 mm rain, followed by 3.4 mm in Patna and 3.1 mm in Bhagalpur in past 24 hours, it said.
Bhagalpur recorded a maximum temperature of 35.5 degrees Celsius while Patna recorded 34.2 degrees Celsius against yesterday's 33.4 deg Celsius, Met office said.
Gaya recorded 34.5 degrees Celsius while Purnea registered 34.7 degrees Celsius maximum temperature, it said.

In its forecast, Met office said that Patna and Gaya may witness partly cloudy sky with possibility of rain or thunder shower tomorrow.
While other two major cities of Bhagalpur and Purnea may witness generally cloudy sky with possibility of rain/thundershowers.
