The 26-year-old had chosen Seafield Center rehab facility in New York for her treatment but she is known to have freaked out when she learnt that Seafield will not allow her to smoke, reported TMZ Online.
Lohan had been ordered by court to spend 90 days at a rehab, as part of a plea deal she struck in a court in a car accident case. Lohan was given time till today to check into a rehab.
