Twelve bottles of country-made liquor and 136 beer cans were recovered in Gautam Puri area, District Excise Officer Kuldeep Yadav said adding one person had been arrested in this connection.
Police intercepted a tempo near Tappal road and seized 76 cartons containing 900 bottles of Haryana-made liquor, he said.
The recoveries were effected ahead of the local bodies polls in the district slated for July one.
