Protesting the power situation in the area, a group of people had staged a demonstration in Saraimer town. In the meantime, the cavalcade of the MP from Sadar seat passed from the route during which some agitators pelted stones at it, they said.
Though police chased away the demonstrators, glasses of Yadav's vehicle were damaged, police said.
