Lodge strong protest with Pak, Krishna tells Govt

Terming attack on Sarabjit Singh "uncivilised", former External Affairs Minister S M Krishna today said New Delhi should lodge a strong protest with Pakistan.
Krishna, former Chief Minister and a senior Congress leader, said he was deeply saddened by the attack on him in a Pakistan jail. "Such a conduct has never happened in a civilised world", he told reporters here.
"External Affairs Ministry should lodge a strong protest with Pakistan", he said, adding, India's High Commissioner in Islamabad should take special care on Singh's health.
