A Lok Sabha member today demanded serving of a breach of privilege notice against a major English daily for publishing an "incorrect" report on the attendance of MPs.
Raising the matter during the Zero Hour, TRS member A P Jithender Reddy said the report was "totally incorrect" and it has "defamed" him.
The national daily has published an article today on the attendance of MPs and Reddy alleged that the report mentioned that he had the worst attendance.
"This (report) is totally incorrect... It is contempt of Parliament. Parliament should issue notice for breach of privilege," he said.
