Extending his felicitations, the Lt Governor said the Union Territory has progressed on all fronts post merger. The socio economic progress curve of Puducherry had shown a steady ascent so much so that Puducherry had been top ranked in health and education indices of the nation.
Chief Minister N Rangasamy in his message said that his government was committed to promote the wellbeing of all sections of people and to strive hard for the development of nation.
Puducherry has been making stupendous progress in health, education, public welfare and employment sectors since then."We would continue to put in hard work to scale greater heights through our welfare oriented plans and programmes", he said.
He made a fervent appeal to all sections to sink all differences and march towards the goal of development through united efforts.
