Special CBI Judge Virender Kumar Goyal allowed the application of accused Anup Singh Panwar, an employee of Delhi -based Air Cruise Travels Private Ltd, who said he wanted to assist the prosecution in the case to unearth and prove the conspiracy.
"Charge sheetofthepresentmatterhasalreadybeen filed againstalltheaccusedpersons.Itiscontendedthat accused (Panwar) iswillingto disclosefullfactsrelatingto theoffenceandeveryotherperson concernedinthecommission oftheoffence.
"Reply has been filed on behalf of CBI in which it is contendedthatduringtheconfessionalstatement,Panwar had disclosed incriminatingfactsagainstotheraccusedpersons andexplainedhis role also," the judge said while allowing the application.
While granting the relief, the court had put several conditions on the accused and asked them not to leave the country without its permission.

The court had on March 16 summoned Sahani, Nair, Panwar and Arvind Tiwari, who works with Murgai Travels, to appear before it after taking cognisance of the CBI charge sheet filed against them.
The agency had alleged that Sahani, in collusion with other persons, used forged e-tickets and fake boarding passes and claimed lakhs of rupees as travel and dearness allowance reimbursement without undertaking the actual journey.
