Younger brothers were lucky to win Tuesday in the Assembly elections in Telangana which saw three pairs of siblings trying their luck at the hustings.
Congress leaders Komatireddy Venkata Reddy (Nalgonda) and his younger brother Rajagopal Reddy (Munugode) contested, but only the latter managed to win.
The other Congress pair was Mallu Ravi (Jadcherla) and his younger brother Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. While Ravi lost, Vikramarka won in Madhira segment.
The third pair of brothers -- P Mahender Reddy of TRS lost in Tandur, while his younger brother P Narender Reddy emerged successful in Kodangal.
