"Due to rain and wind, twenty one participants complained of hypothermia (shivering and cold) or headache. Some of them were treated at the temporary hospital set up at the venue. All of them were later brought to the Lokbandhu hospital and were admitted there for two-three hours," District Magistrate Kaushal Raj Sharma said.
All of them were later discharged after their condition normalised, he said.
The administration had made arrangements for health care facilities at the venue and a temporary eight bed hospital had been set up. Twenty four ambulances and twenty mobile stretchers were also available at the venue, the DM said.
