Judicial Magistrate Sukhbir Kaur, husband Harpreet Singh and their son Alambir Singh were returning from their hometown Amritsar when a truck laden with LPG cylinders allegedly hit their car near Phillaur, they said.
Harpreet Singh, who was driving the car, was injured in the mishap. He was immediately rushed to a Ludhiana hospital, police said.
A case has been registered at the Phillaur police station and the driver of the truck, identified as Satish of Bihar, has been arrested, they said.
