Filmmaker David Lynch has requested his fans not to leak any photos from the sets of the "Twin Peaks" revival, currently being shot in Washington.
Lynch, 69, who is famous for being secretive about his work, said he was happy to know that people were excited but asked the over-enthusiastic fans to refrain from sharing anything, reported Entertainment Weekly.
"We're so happy people are excited about being back to where it all began. Like any good mystery, it's all supposed to be top secret, and would love it if everyone helped keep it that way," Lynch and co-creator Mark Frost said.
Fans have flocked the set to click behind-the-scenes photos and share them.
The serial drama "Twin Peaks" follows an investigation headed by FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan) into the murder of homecoming queen Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee).
The cult hit's third season, which has been 25 years in the making, will premiere in 2017.
