"We design the jewelery pieces in front of the customers keeping in mind the occasion they are going to wear the piece to as well as the colour combination of the clothes they would wear during the event. We do not showcase readymade jewelry at our store," says Javeri.

They used to supply their products to well known jewelery shops on the high streets of London.
"My grandfather used to supply some of our products to Cartier London. Ours has been a family run business for the past 150 years or more and we are the third generation in the business," says Javeri who is also a prominent photographer in Pakistan.
For the current expo, he has brought special jewel sets in 22 carat gold ranging from Hyderabadi filigree work to Mughal inlay work and sport precious stones like emerald, jade, diamonds and ruby.
"We have managed to revive a lost form in jewelry designing called high relief engraving work which originated from Greece and made its way to the subcontinent," says Javeri.
Each of these sets are priced between Rs three lakh to Rs six lakhs or more.
"One of my workers had this very old design, which I believe was created by great grandfather and has been inspired by the Mughal miniature arts. We added a few changes to it and have got a few pieces here at the exhibition as well," says Javeri.
