Madras HC to hold special sitting during summer vacation
Press Trust of India Madurai The Madras High Court and its bench in Madurai will hold "voluntary sitting during summer vacation 2017" as part of its drive to clear the backlog of cases pending in its principal seat in Chennai and here.
According to Registrar (Judicial ), G Ilangovan, special court proceedings during the summer recess in the month of May will be held in addition to the vacation court.
