Realty portal Magicbricks today launched a mobile app to help users find the current property prices in eight major cities as part of its strategy to expand operations.
Magicbricks.Com, which is into property listing business, has launched four new services to make the home buying process hassle free for customers.
"Property buying is a complex process. Moving beyond property listing, we have now launched a bunch of products that help a consumer at different stages of the buying process," Magicbricks.Com CEO Sudhir Pai told reporters here.
Explaining the new services, he said the company has launched a mobile app 'PropWorth' that aims to become the de facto price benchmark app for all buyers, sellers and agents across the country.
"PropWorth can be used to know the right price of any property in eight major cities. We are using data from multiple sources, including those available in listing, to derive the property price," he said.
