One man was killed and six people were injured in a clash between two groups over a farm-related dispute in Maharashtra's Akola district, police said on Sunday.
The clash took place on Saturday evening in Sangwi village in the district, Inspector Sheikh Rahim Sheikh Ghafar of Murtijapur Rural police station said.
"Duryodhan Khandekar (50) was attacked with sharp weapons by a group, killing him on the spot. Six people were injured. We have arrested seven people. The dispute was farm- related," he said.
