"BJP and Sena are two different parties having their own distinct ideology and agenda. We have both differences and agreement on issues. We differ and they too differ on various issues and both the parties express their opinion in these issues. But government is run on the common minimum programme which would not be challenged and the government is moving," Danve said.
BJP has been resisting complete waiver citing financial constraints.
"The previous government granted Rs 8,000 crore (to farmers) in its tenure of 15 years whereas the BJP-led government has granted Rs 7,000 crore in one year. Who is pro-farmer now?
"We want a permanent solution to the issue of suicides by farmers and our government has prepared a roadmap on the issue. We have already launched 'Jalyukta Shivar Yojana' in the state," the BJP leader said.
When asked to comment on senior party leader and Cooperatives minister Chandrakant Patil's remarks on law and order situation in the state, Danve blamed media for "twisting" Patil's remarks which are perceived as the criticism of the Home department led by Fadnavis.
He said the BJP will be able to form government on its own in the next Assembly elections in the state.
