Maha undertakings' reports to be tabled in soft copy format

In a measure aimed at reducing stationery loss and expenditure, Maharashtra government has mandated that Annual and audited reports Public undertakings, state corporations and commission, to be tabled in state legislature, will henceforth be in the soft copy format.
As per a government resolution issued today, the "annual and audited reports Public undertakings, state corporations and commission, to be tabled in state legislature, will be in the soft copy format and uploaded on the Legislature website www.Mls.Org.In".
Also, the report would be made available in PDF file format with size less than 20 MB.
It will also be mandatory for the concerned body to provide 25 hard copies to the Legislature.
