'Mahabharata series on concluding 5 book Rama Chandra series'

Well known author Amish Tripathi today said he plans to pen the Mahabharata series after completing his present ones on Rama Chandra.
"I plan to write Mahabharata series probably after the Rama Chandra Series. Two books of Rama Chandra have come out right now. It is a five book series," he told reporters on the sidelines of a interactive session here today.
The author said that the Mahabharata series would be his intrepretation on the details of the epic.
Asked if he wished to give any message to the youth,Amish said he instead wanted to tell them they are living in a wonderful time in India, with a lot of opportunities for everyone and a chance to work hard and pursue their biggest dreams.

This was unlike when he was growing up, when there were fewer opportunities, he said.
Another thing to remember was that there was no substitute for hard work, he said and urged the youth to always try and contribute their mite for the progress of the country.
"If the country prospers, all of us can prosper. Being a story teller, I plan to write for another 20 to 25 years," Amish said.
