Based on the analysis based on number of people who self-assessed their talents online, the report also said that people of Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh show less intent towards self-assessing their talents.
"In marketing skills, people of Maharashtra are ahead of states, whereas people in Karnataka exhibit very cohesive performance," it said.
The report also stated that people in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh take more initiatives to showcase their talents.
"For English Language usage understanding, people from Karnataka come out to be the best of the lot, whereas Andhra Pradesh lags in this," it added.

"Delhi also leads other states in aptitude, whereas Tamil Nadu stands last," the report said adding all the states seem to understand the need for soft skills related talents like English language and communication and make efforts to know and understand their relative position for them.
Youth4work said that this is the first edition of "yTal India Report - insights on India's Vital Talent scenarios".
It is based on an analysis of nearly 1.5 lakh people self -assessing their five talents.
"The insights and suggestions in this report can help to improve the relevant employability scenarios in those states," Rachit Jain, CEO of Youth4work, said.
