The company had sold 13,574 units in the same month last year.
"Domestic sales in February 2017 were at 13,834 units, as against 12,702 units during February 2016," the company said in a BSE filing.
Exports during the month were at 1,173 units as against 872 in the same month last year, an increase of 35 per cent, it added.
On the monthly performance, Mahindra & Mahindra President and Chief Executive, Farm Equipment and Two Wheeler Division, Rajesh Jejurikar said, "We expect that record crop production in the last rabi season and increased Union budget allocations to rural and agri sector will drive positive momentum in coming months.
