Mahwish's brother in-law dies of burn injuries

Four days after setting himself on fire, Yusouf, the elder brother of Mahwish's late husband, today succumbed to his burn injuries at a hospital in New Delhi.
He passed away at Loknayak Jaiprakash Hospital at New Delhi this evening, sources said.
Mahwish, the widow of Abdul Hakim, came into news last years after they voiced their fears of being murdered during the recording of Amir Khan's reality show Satyamev Jayate.
Later, in November, Abdul was shot dead in Bhargardi village.
Opposing high handedness of a police officer, Mahwish and seven members of her family had tried to immolate themselves in Bhatgarhi village on Wednesday.

Seven of them were rescued, but Yousuf was rushed to a hospital with severe burn injuries and was later referred to Delhi, police said.
The erring Kotwal of Dehat police station was transferred last evening, police said.
