The company will modernise its distribution network including a 66/11 KV grid sub-station in Daryaganj which will require shut down of the transmission line, a BYPL official said.
The modernisation work will be completed by November 30 and supply of power will be affected mainly between 10 AM to 5 PM.
Arrangements have been made to supply power through an alternate source but still the areas will face power cuts of varying durations, the official said.
