Maize prices down on reduced offtake
Press Trust of India New Delhi Barring fall in maize prices on reduced offtake by consuming industries, other grains held steady at the wholesale grains market today.
Traders said ease in demand from consuming industries against adequate stocks position mainly kept pressure on maize prices.
In the national capital, maize fell by Rs 10 to Rs 1,460-1,470 per quintal.
