The blaze was reported at 2.50 PM from B/28 Mayapuri. 30 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the flames, the official said.
No casualty has been reported yet, he said.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known. Fire officials said they were trying hard to stop the fire from spreading to adjoining factories.
