"Her actions created new problem in Darjeeling Hills. The issue of Gorkhaland was present in the agreement by which GTA was formed. Now, the fear has come true," he said.
Meanwhile, he also criticised Banerjee's decision to allow the Block Development Officers (BDO) to contact her in times of need.
"Late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi introduced PM to DM system in funds transfer for development work by ignoring the CM. Now the chief minister (Mamata Banerjee) is trying to introduce BDO to CM system ignoring the DM," he said.
"It will jeopardise the administrative system," Bose cautioned.
