The man took the photos on his mobile phone recently while she was taking a bath in a thatched shed outside her house, which did not have proper walls.
He later harassed her by showing the photos and demanded that she have sexual relations with him, police said.
She informed her husband about the incident and he lodged a complaint with police.
The man was arrested yesterday and produced before a local court, which remanded him.
