Man arrested for several bank frauds

With the arrest of a person, police today claimed to have uncovered several cases of bank fraud which the accused used to effect after forging bank documents and cards.
The notorious cheat was expert in forging bank documents, identity cards, ATM/Credit cards, passbooks as well as voter and Aadhar cards. He used to take loans on the basis of fake papers.
Following interrogation of a cheat, police arrested Manoj Kumar who turned out to be a "master forger" of bank documents, said Pushpendra Kumar, DCP of West District Police.
The forged materials recovered from him included a dozen ATM/Credit cards and several voter cards, Aadhar cards, id cards of different government agencies and other papers and documents. A laptop and printer were also seized from him, he said.
35 years old Manoj, resident of Janta Flats, Paschim Vihar, possessed a diploma in electrical engineering and was previously worked as an engineer with DESU on contract basis.
Manoj got married in 2000 but divorced his wife in 2014.
