Ashok Kumar Razzak was arrested for allegedly molesting the woman, a fashion designer by profession, inside a bus in the evening.
The woman alleged that he had touched her inappropriately and made obscene gestures.
The woman raised an alarm and he was nabbed by fellow passengers and handed over to the police. Further investigation is on, a police officer said.
