Man arrested with 10 kg poppy straw in J&K

A man has been arrested on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway and 10 kg of poppy straw seized from him, police said here today.
Acting on specific input, Tanvir Ahmed who was riding on a motorcycle was apprehended yesterday and 10 kg poppy straw recovered from his backpack, they said.
The man was arrested and booked under various sections of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC).
